OUTERMOST
The word "photography" literally means "writing with light". The magic of light, its nuances, can be used to create images that are more than just a snapshot of reality, but a window into another world. Chasing light both seasonally and even hourly I have created series that capture the essence of a place.
Beyond the Outer Cape, I love capturing light on Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, West Marin in California, Sun Valley, Idaho, Santa Fe, NM and most recently rural Vermont. Drawn to small towns, mountains and farms by the sea these spots create the perfect place to explore and shoot.
